      Initially prime sponge with oil. I recommend applying a drop of oil on the sponge filter every 5 hours of printing or as needed. Can vary depending on tool and your setup, as well as filament. So I suggest starting with a little and add as needed as you can always add more. A little can generally go along way. 
      I recommend using rubbing alcohol to clean off the build plate.
